How often do I get paid?

You are paid directly by the bank. The settlement cycle is weekly. Processing funds collected from Monday till Sunday are settled on Thursday and Friday the following week. Depending on settlement currency.

Can the payment be delayed?

Normally no, but it may happen, due to the bank holidays, which may cause some delays. In such cases, the bank itself will inform you ahead of time.

How long does it take to receive money in my bank account?

Please allow 2-3 days for the money to reach your account from the date the transfer was made. This period is beyond SecurionPay’s control and is managed by the banks. It may take longer if the period includes a weekend or holiday.

How can I change my bank account information?

Please contact your SecurionPay dedicated account manager and provide the new banking information. We will ask you to provide a new bank letter/statement with updated information and to sign a form to confirm your request to change the bank details. SecurionPay will then arrange the bank account change directly with the bank. We will provide confirmation as soon as the change comes into effect.

In which currencies does SecurionPay make payouts?

We are able to settle in 24 currencies.

Will SecurionPay issue a financial statement and an invoice?

No, there is no need for that. You will be provided with a financial statement and an invoice directly by the bank every time a payment is made. There is no need for you to issue any invoices either.

What exactly will I see on my financial statement?

You will see information similar to that of other invoices sent via services, the banking and customer details as well as an overview of the payment and volume made.

What limits do you have when accepting deposits from customers for my service?

SecurionPay does not have any limits for transaction processing.

If I currently process in one currency, is it possible for me to add additional currency/ies in the future?

Yes, of course.

Is it possible to have multiple bank accounts for the payouts? One for USD and one for EUR?

Absolutely.

How do I see a charge made by SecurionPay services in my account?

You have access to all your processing transactions and history in the dashboard.
